Regular meetings of Council are held on the second and fourth Monday of the month with the exception of July, August and December. During the months of July and August a meeting is held on the second Monday of the month.
December meetings are held on the first and third Monday.
Persons desiring to present information verbaly on matters of fact or make a request of Council shall give notice to the Clerk not less than forty-eight (48) hours before the commencement of the scheduled meeting.
